My blog/web design partner April, of A Mommy’s Blog Design Studio just spruced up her website with a new design, featuring one of my custom illustrations! I love working with April on joint projects, but working with her to create a new design for her own website was super special (an of course I was flattered that she asked me to help)!
April came to me with a specific character design in mind along with the color scheme she had chosen for her “new look”.
Her Requests:
Self portrait type character with below the shoulder hair, bangs pined back, sitting cross legged wearing cute capris and heals. She also wanted a laptop featuring a teddy bear design on the front, and wanted her character holding a pair of running shoes.
